I often spend my summers in South Haven, Michigan.  Visiting family blueberry farm, spending time with my grandkids !! Agua Caliente is like an oasis in the Sonoran Desert. Most of the palm trees have never been trimmed and are "bearded". A couple of years ago a section burned after a lightening strike. Sonoran Plein Air Painters had a series of PaintOuts in Patagonia, AZ.   The Patagonia Historical Society  is hosting a show of our paintings  that runs through April 30, 2024. I had the privilege of acting as Ambassador for Paint Arizona Days.  My post was Sabino Canyon Recreation Area in Tucson.  We had 8 painters participate at our site.  The hikers on the trail enjoyed watching and chatting with all of the artists. I had time to paint a couple of quick studies, though I spent most of my time engaging with the park visitors.
