Sabino Canyon

 Everytime I hike the Bear Canyon Trail from Sabino Canyon's main parking lot I pass this ranch which borders the park. 
I keep saying to myself "some afternoon I want to paint this scene".  
Last weeks Sonoran Plein Air Painters Wednesday PaintOut was the day !!

Summer in South Haven, Michigan

 I summer in a small lake town on the west side of Michigan.   The colors are different. The atmosphere is often heavy with humidity.  And this year the smoke from the Canadian wildfires have changed the color of the sky.
