Some Studio Time

 After arriving in Michigan, the smoke from the Canadian fires surrounded us. So I took some studio time to paint from a favorite photo I took when visiting Monument Valley.

Summer in South Haven, Michigan

 I summer in a small lake town on the west side of Michigan.   The colors are different. The atmosphere is often heavy with humidity.  And this year the smoke from the Canadian wildfires have changed the color of the sky.
