A perfect day to paint at the Linda Vista Trail Head with friends. Cool and Sunny. Forgot to take my sunglasses off, so I had to make a few adjustments on the painting when I returned to the studio.

Summer in South Haven, Michigan

 I summer in a small lake town on the west side of Michigan.   The colors are different. The atmosphere is often heavy with humidity.  And this year the smoke from the Canadian wildfires have changed the color of the sky.
