Painting at Steam Pump Ranch


A couple of times last month, I met my fellow painter Jane at Steam Pump Ranch  to paint a different view of the Catalina Mountains. A collection of old ranch structures appear to be under restoration.

Summer in South Haven, Michigan

 I summer in a small lake town on the west side of Michigan.   The colors are different. The atmosphere is often heavy with humidity.  And this year the smoke from the Canadian wildfires have changed the color of the sky.
