Catalina State Park

A few weeks ago,  I spent a lovely winter afternoon at Catalina State Park with my husband.  He hiked a little and read a book in the shade while I painted. We had a picnic.  A perfect day.  The sun hitting on the mesquites gave them a purple glow.
