  Sweetwater Wetlands is a series of ponds that host a multitude of birds. Sonoran Plein Air Painters were there on Wednesdays during the month of April.   Another Paint Arizona day is in the books.  I hosted at Sabino Canyon Recreation Area. Spent a lot of time talking to hikers and explaining just what plein air painting is. We had perfect painting weather !!! The desert is not as colorful this spring because of a dry winter  but Sabino is still impressive .
